In person interview in Temecula led by three employees. They didn't seem very informed and couldnt answer my questions. They were reading standard HR questions off a piece of paper.
Panel interview with plant tour afterwards. Interview lasted about 30 minutes and was straight forward. Common questions were asked for the role. A lot of focus on safety and culture.

Interview
The interview process began with an initial screening scheduled by an off-site HR representative, who was professional and organized. This was followed by a 30-minute Microsoft Teams video call with the hiring managers. During the call, they asked about my background, relevant technical experience, and gave an overview of the role and expectations. The conversation was straightforward and focused, with a bit of time for me to ask questions about the team and company culture. Overall, the process was smooth and well-coordinated.
