Arrived to one story old country but fresh looking building but it was more so a big suite building. Was offered a Aquafina water but tasted more like swamp water. 3 Long interviews, drawn out process, far drive, & quiz questions. Make sure you know about logic controllers, raid, and have a interesting story. I have built raspberry Pis, installed electrical junction boxes, and used ladder logic, but halfway thru interview i started to think about how traffic was going to be in the next 20 minutes if i dont get out of here sooner than later

Obnoxious screening process.
I worked with a recruiter. The company (not the recruiting company) requires you to take a technical test, multiple IQ tests and a personality test made by Tony Robins. There were multiple hours worth of tests. I was laid off from my previous job due to Covid so I went with it.
They ended up saying that I didn't score well enough for an interview. There was no way I didn't pass the technical test, however, I did skip through some of the long obnoxious IQ tests.
I ended up taking a job at another MSP in the same area for the same pay.
