Phone interview was followed with a working interview. Working interview can be stressful as expected (new materials, new assistant, treating a stranger on someone else’s diagnosis). There has to be a better way of doing things

Phone interview first then 4 hrs paid working interview day. The lead dentistry performed the interview was very nice. They seemed to have a nice team when I was there. It was hard to know he working culture of the company after just a few hours of working interview. I was asked to do a simple filling. Overall it was a nice experience.
