MINDEF Singapore interview questions

Started with online submission. Then go through at least two stages. First, an initial interview with the department and meeting the hiring manager and completing some assessments. This is followed by a unit preview if further shortlisted. During this stage, will see the workplace, meet prospective colleagues, and possibly have a follow-up interview if necessary.

The interviewers were rather friendly and approachable, which made it easy to have open conversations. They were quick to follow up and the entire interview experience was smooth, pleasant, and efficient.
