I sent my resume + cover letter via indeed germany job offers, received an invitation to move forward via email, scheduled a phone call, moved forward to a meetup in person at the office (charlottenburg) with the manager who was extremely friendly. the interview lasted about 30 minutes. I got the job that I decided to decline because I was aiming to work in hybrid wich wasn't an option at that time.
