Framing chronic overtime as "flexible" doesn't change the fact that applicants are being asked to absorb 10 uncompensated hours per week—hours that aren't reflected in the offer. This suggests whoever designed this posting is either significantly out of touch with current job market norms for this role or is looking to exploit an early-career applicant who won't push back.
