First interview was total waste of time, They dont fully explain their business to you.. keep you wondering if it is legit or not so you come in for the second interview. Then they have someone "take you out" to show you what a day is like. This is NOT a real marketing company. It is a sales/promotions company that goes around the city trying to sell a product directly to strangers. Don't let them fool you. They work under the pyramid scheme and try to attract new grads with earning potentials.
