MGA Homecare interview questions

The interview process was interesting. They catered it to that of a new grad. providing different clinical-based questions along with some behavioral-based questions as well. It is good to look at the site for different skills and understand priorities that should be monitored (Ie, Seizure precaution, NGT, Aspiration, an unconscious patient, and some emergencies) They also asked me about my skill level and what I would rate myself. I am not sure how much of a role that played, but it is good to be honest, as they will train you on what you need to know in a general and client-based situation. My interviewer was nice, and it did not take them much time to get back to me.
