Reviewer, We are sorry to read that you had a negative experience with our team during your interview process. There seems to have been some sort of miscommunication. Our manager would never ask a candidate to list our company values during a first-round interview. That stage of the interview process is introductory and is meant for both parties to gain a little more information on one another. We do offer base pay plus bonuses on a weekly basis. This is why your check can differ. The bonuses are based on performance and are an incentive for our team members to put in their best work each week.
