Submitted Application. Recruiter emailed about a week later to set-up screening interview. After screening interview recruiter forwarded my info to hiring manager. Hiring manager took about a week to contact (I did have to contact the recruiter again to make sure she sent my info over). Interview was at MD with 4 people.

Interview
Panel interview (4 people, not a diverse group) with real case study questions on the spot. Fast call back with offer. The offer was on the lower end because “we are a state funded organization.” Not negotiable. Also, 7% of paycheck must go into teachers retirement system & 6 month probation period (180 days) which means you cannot take any days off during this time.
