Next will be the Hiring Manager - a in-depth interview about your experience and QA-experience related questions. Another phone call. They mentioned that the next step will be an interview with some team members and the CIO. Did not get to this step after a long silence from them. Just to highlight: I religiously followed up on my application. The initial contact person mentioned that I will hear an update from them after they wrap up the interviews - giving me a huge hope. But then they suddenly turn radio silent. I heard from them when I continuously followed up for 2 weeks. It was a simple and plain rejection. Getting my hopes up and wasted my time. Should've been upfront on their last update a few weeks back.
