The woman I talked to on the phone interview was very helpful she helped me out with a lot of stuff for the tasks set me up with an interview very fast for the next day that guy that gave me the interview at MCC was very nice showed me everything for safety was very well trained in told me all the ins and outs about the job 401k very well explained he was very knowledgeable about the plan and explained everything in full detail and he was very concerned about the employees and how they were concerned about everything he is very helpful for the employees and is there for the employees I can tell the interview process was very well the lady that did the phone interview explained a lot in detail and like I said she was very helpful especially with the tasks because some of them did not work properly and I needed help

The first process was really nice the lady on the phone was very helpful she explained everything in full detail and kept up on text messages and emails making sure everything was okay and that I was getting everything done when I had issues with the tasks I text her and she came right back to me with answers and help and phone calls God it did the interview was very well-trained went into full detail about safety 401K benefits job job training safety rules benefits went into full detail very well trained and knowledgeable about all the machines and was very helpful on understanding a few things
