MBS Radio interview questions

I went through multiple stages for an Account Executive role, including phone and in-person interviews as well as aptitude and personality assessments. The conversations themselves were professional and respectful, and the interviewers were personable and easy to speak with. The process felt thorough and well structured. That said, communication around timelines was inconsistent toward the end of the process, particularly once senior leadership involvement was mentioned. Ultimately, the company decided to pause and reassess the role, which was communicated politely and professionally. Overall, the experience was positive in terms of interaction and respect, though clearer expectations around timing and next steps would have improved the process.
