CV application followed by a two hour session interview. This included a presentation that had to be submitted beforehand and presented during the interview. There were three members on the panel.

Easy to submit CV and basic questions. Straightforward and 'human' interview, which was remote. Efficient and easy to deal with talent leads with excellent communication in an extremely timely manor.
