Two person interview. One person from function, one from HR. Function asked questions related to the job and HR asked more general questions. The interview as very relaxed and the interviewers worked hard to put me at ease and build a rapport. This helped settle my interview nerves and present myself in a professional manner.

Interview
Online interview, the interviewers were very good at making me feel at ease, they were very friendly. Interview questions included "tell us about yourself" (outside of work), what my understanding of what the role was, what I thought I would bring to the role, CV/technical discussion, knowledge of MBDA core values and competency based questions around these core values. It was an enjoyable experience and one which resulted in an offer which I accepted.

Interview
Virtual and efficient. I had a first and second interview and both were virtual. I am looking forward to getting into the office and meeting my team. The final decision took a little while but it was over the festive period .
