Interview
The process was quite fast and focused on interviews with people that would work directly with me. I had 3 interviews in total: 1 with HR, 1 hiring manager and 1 study case with the 3 managers. Overall was a very positive experience.
Stage 1 HR Interview
Stage2 Informal interview with hiring manager Product Lead
Stage 3 90 min interview including presentation with Product lead and 2 other Tech team members
Stage 4 Interview with CTO (45 mins)

1st stage: 30m call with the recruiter to discuss the role and my experience
2nd stage: 45m call with Head of Product expanding on the first interview
Despite positive interviews, I didn't get through to the next stage and I received some very puzzling feedback as to why- which when challenged they had no answer for. This leads me to believe that there is significant bias in the hiring practices at this company.
