The process included developing a Markov Model based on some data they provided. They gave ample time to build it but asked to run loads of probabilistic and deterministic sensitivity analysis on it which was strange for an entry level position.
After interviewing (which went really well) I was rejected on the grounds of being ""too highly qualified" as a recent graduate which was really strange. After following up and saying that I am happy to work as I dont think im overqualified for the role, I was told there were stronger candidates. Poor HR process of handling candidates
