The process has been smooth and relatively fast for me. There were three rounds in my case. HR interview, manager interview, and final interview with the head of people. Had a fourth meeting, rather than an interview, with the person I would be replacing. I think I did a quick quiz at some point as well. All questions were related to my experience/personality and a decision was made in a reasonable time after my final interview.
