Applied online, went through a short screening and then was set up for an in person interview. I reached out to the property manager to do an online interview instead of an in person as I’m three hours away from the community. The interview was scheduled for online however; the property manager never hopped on the call. I followed up with an email to reschedule and was ignored. I then was called by the property about a week later to see if I was searching for an apartment home. I just received my rejection email yesterday (which makes sense because I was never interviewed). Overall, not a great impression, and the company seems unorganized.
