This was a very bad and unprofessional experience. The JD did not require Russian lulanguage it was only an advantage. Even though i know RU, i haven't practised my RU language for a long time, and i mentioned that. I repeat, this was not a requirement. The interviewer was in a hurry to go into another interview. Asked me to reschedule an interview 2 days later, and even though I emailed the interviewer twice to get a time for a new interview, I never received a reply. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. If this behaviour comes from HR... I assume the interviewer only wanted to get ideas on how to handle recruitment procedures, as I mainly questioned related to this.
