They contacted me to arrange an interview which turned out to be a group Aptitude exam. Everything was fine will Aptitude and Technical questions but in the end the they asked us all to solve excel problems on our computers (with the data file). It took 5mins for the guy to understand that he needs to mail us all the excel file for us to be able to work with the data to obtain the desired output.
