M3 USA interview questions

I was contacted after applying online and scheduled a phone call screen that lasted 30 minutes. The phone screen was brief and I am unsure what the expectations of the role are. I was asked some general recruiting questions however when I asked about specific metrics and expectations the recruiter was not able to provide information.
