M2Comms interview questions

they have streamlined interview process. the panel interview is a bit intimidating since there were a lot of panelists but all of the interviewers were pleasant during the interview. there was also a case presentation for the applicant to display a bit of their skills but nothing too difficult. overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Being interviewed by key people of the company was a very important part of the process wherein we gauged our compatibilities with each other by asking answering questions not too much about the technicalities of a particular job title but how we deal with life in general. I assume if I had given canned responses then those answers would be frowned upon especially that key people here are communications experts.
