Was contacted by recruiter and had a phone screen with background on the position, requirements and the particular client they were hiring for (Gov't) and what the next steps would be like
Very straight forward. A couple of phone interviews and an in person interview. The interviewer was nice and it was very conversational vs. interrogation. I received an offer within two weeks of first interview.
