      Cabinnet Maker Interview

      4 Sept 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer

      Application

      I applied in-person. I interviewed at M&N Millwork

      Interview

There was a short interview session and a tour of the shop. They want to offer independent contractor positions. They also want people who can read blueprints. There don't seem to be any shop standards. Each worker uses the techniques he deems best. I expected some shop standards. They work 4 10 hr days and if they get behind will work on the 5th day.
