There was a mass hiring event going on in store. You handed one of the managers your resume, then waited in line to be interviewed. There were about 5 tables with employees asking us each a set of basic questions: tell us about yourself, job experience, etc. They also asked you to describe certain interactions that you had with customers in the past. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and you were immediately told if you got the job or not.

They take you in a back room and interview you pre planned questions off of two sheets of paper. A JOKE! the person who was interviewing me was checking their phone and yawning. They asked if I had other interviews lined up and yes I showed a huge excitement for the other job (where I now work) know your worth and don’t settle for less!!
