would not recommend to work at this place. i was told upon interview that OT is mandatory and will be compensated via time off, however when offered, this differs as time off will be "subjected to management approval". none of this will be in official contract writing when asked, the HR insists that "it is not against the MOM law" to have it in writing, does not understand most of the questions asked and tends to refuse answer directly, rather than giving indirect answers.
the offer provided were below market expectations for a company that requires someone to be fast paced and stays in office for more than working hours.
