Example of time had to learn significant new skill, how did you go about it and what tools did you use?
Tell about a time experienced or saw something in workplace that did not feel inclusive? How did you handle it? Or how could you have handled it differently?
A phone interview followed by a 2 hour assessment. Phone call was pleasant and informative, and the assessment was direct and relevant to the position, which indicates they want to hire smart rather than quickly.
