All over e-mail and phone. Fairly vague in some areas, but overall an easy process. There were many documents e-signed and then some that had to be sent in through the postal service after I accepted a position.

Applied online. About a week later had a phone interview and was explained about the job and its duties. Then upon agreeing to accept the position was given instructions on paperwork needed for HR.

2 rounds of interview and essay writing very basic they will check only grammitical rules and next will be grammar mistakes we need to identify grammar mistakes and we have to write it and after completion of two rounds we have to write online test and finally h.r interview will be conducted
