I saw two advertisements for this position. One on Craigs List and another on a Pilates website. I sent my resume and cover letter. After a few months, I was contacted by the owner. We had a phone interview. The owner agreed to pay for my air fare to come and interview at the business. He then gave me a very unrealistic itinerary which included teaching clients at 6:00 a.m. I told him I could not do this. My sister took a Pilates session with him. He did take time to introduce me to some of the clients. He had a nice client drive me around the neighborhood to show me around.
