Easy, straight forward just show up in a cute outfit and understand basic customer service skills and cues. Got the job, however I did not enjoy working there. Typical sales job....
They asked a lot of questions about our fashion inspiration and where we go for fashion advice (i.e., magazines, online etc.). They also asked about situations that we have been put in where we have had to solve a problem. It was one on one interview and about 30 min long.
