I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mölnlycke in Nov 2025
Interview
A case study about bike rental service. 3 interviews overall, the first 2 went well and the team seemed fine, but then the use case felt a bit weird. I felt it did not focus on your qualities as consultant but rather on how you can tackle a calculation problem in a short timing, which was surprising given the job posting and the previous interviews. The fact that they also used it for a different job offer confirms my feeling that the chosen use case is not 100% relevant compared with the skills you are supposed to prove.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mölnlycke (Milton Keynes, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
they kept it short and to the point. I had 3 interview rounds, and 1 aptitude testing. The interviews were not too long. After each round they came back with an answer within the same day. Hiring manager and HR team supported me throughout the interview journey.

Question 1
Tell me how you managed to work with a difficult person.
Worst interview process of my entire career: they took several months as they could not make up their mind even after having a dozen people involved in different stages. It is almost like they want a guaranteed recruitment that will last a lifetime. Very risk-adverse organization with too many people involved for any effective decision-making.
