The process was quite easy. I had 2 phone interviews (one with the Lytx recruiter and the other with the manager of the position), an in person "informal" interview with the team I will be working with, and a "formal" interview. I also spoke a number of times to the Lytx recruiter who helped me understand the progress and next steps in the process. Overall from my perspective the process was streamlined and organized.
