One screening call with the team lead, promptly followed by a take-home which I presented to the team, followed by an additional conversation with a lead coach. The entire process took about two weeks. What was unfortunate was that after the presentation, I didn't hear back for two weeks. Definitely a red flag and a signal that they might not be organized as a team or business.
