      Anonymous employee
      Sacramento, CA
      Accepted offer

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyon Living (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2010

      Interview

I interviewed first with the Property Director and then again with the Property Director and Regional Manager. Questions were standard. I was inexperienced and they were easy interviews. I was required to complete a personality assessment. The background check took longer than expected for a job in the private sector.
