Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Interviewed with the Chief people office a few days later. Was told I would hear back within a week and nothing. Despite reaching out to the recruiter consistently they ghosted. Not a company you should want to work for. Several hours of my time and effort went into preparing for the interview and they cannot even show any respect to that and just say no. We hear it ALL the time in sales trust me I love a no because it just makes me more motivated. Best of luck to the company to find and retain talent when you lack common courtesy. Also pay is low.
