Interview
The interview process was long. Made it to the final round, gave a great presentation but it still wasn't enough. The folks in HR are lovely to work with but the fact they wanted even more, essentially free consulting was an insult. They surprised me by inviting even higher level folks to the presentation last minute and also surprised me by recording the session. Talk about putting someone on the spot in an already nerve wracking situation. Would have loved to join bc the the work was interesting, but disappointed in the unrealistic expectations they had for their candidates. Most of us have FT jobs too.
