Phone interview with dev. After that, I was invited on site in San Francisco. Overall I had a good time at the office. They feed you and take care of your stay in SF, no complaints at all! Interview is divided into architecture/design, small project, review, and experience. I did not get an offer. It definitely looks like they want a specific person and I get it. If you are interviewing here, just make sure to take your time answering questions, as hard as that can be when interviewing. They don't give you too much information at the end, but it seems like the common response is "not happy during code review" as someone else has pointed out in their experience as well.
