The interview process was very long. In total I had 11 interviews with Lyft staff. I had two interviews with the individual because they were in transit and couldn't ask me all the questions they wanted to. The team seemed like they would be great to work with but the interview process took over a month with 1-2 interviews and "check-ins" every week. It would have been better if they schedule 1-2 days of back to back interviews instead of scheduling them over the course of 45 days.
