Typical interview process, consisting of phone calls, video interviews over zoom, and talking with team members and panels. Nothing memorable or special about it that I can remember. just be prepared for basic questions for positions like this

Interview
Process took one month. Two initial phone screens with recruiter and then hiring manager. I was then invited onsite for a interview with five different people. Questions were mostly professional background based with a few behavioral questions and a role play exercise. Overall good experience, recruiter was engaged throughout the entire process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lyft in Oct 2023
Interview
I got a referal and received an email from the recruiter on the same day, we then scheduled a phone call meeting, the meeting lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter was very nice.

2 phone interviews with HR, 1 interview with peer testing your skills and background. 1 2 hour interview with 4 different managers/leads.
Overall, it was a good experience. You defenately get a good feel for the job and the work culture.
