My interview cycle started off with some informal emails and phone conversations with folks in the department. From there I was intro'd to the recruiting team for that department and corresponded primarily with them. I did end up doing an onsite interview which took place in a single day. I was asked to prepare a short presentation of my work up to share with the panel. I then had around 6 one-on-one interviews with different individuals in the department and a few key leaders from other departments. Recruting followed up with me the following day after the onsite letting me know that they would like to make an offer.
