      Quality Analyst Interview

      20 Jul 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lyft in Jun 2016

      Interview

Got interviewed over the phone three times for two separate positions, once at the Nashville office. Why keep interviewing someone if you're not interested in hiring them? I've been asking the same question for months. The last recruiter that I interviewed with seemed more interested in who my managers are at my current start up office than anything. Majority of his questions were aimed at details on on processes, more than my personal experience and what I could bring to the company.
