1) Applied online with cover letter and application
2) Had a 30 minute initial phone screening with a recruiter
3) Had a 30 minute phone interview with the local General Manager
4) Had a 30 minute phone interview with the Regional Director (the GM's boss)
5) Took a 90 minute online aptitude/analytics test
6) Had a 2 hour in-person interview with local GM and 3 team members
7) Was flown to headquarters for 5 more interviews in one day.
8) Provided references.
9) Got the offer 2 days later.

Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day

Math test, excel test, and 2 rounds of online interview, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager of the location you are expected to work from. At the end I asked them what their concerns were and they did not answer
