this audience is a business gathering to learn the business. this is not about getting a new person. the degree of intimacy should imitate the interviewer's behaviour. It is important to bring strength and spirit to the audience and to ask questions. but do not overstep the home as a person searching for the job.

the interview was fast, there is a set of question given to you and you just need to answer accordingly, there are 2 interviewer, they asking some basic question such as 'what you know about us'
