I applied and was contacted for an interview with the District Manager (DM) that same day. DM was engaging and interview felt more like a conversation than an actual interview, which was great. It felt like we established a great rapport. At the end, DM asked me for my schedule the next few days to set up a second interview with HR, which I was very happy to provide. Long story short, I never heard back from anyone. I reached out twice asking for updates, never received a response. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I find it super strange to go from an offer for a second interview to absolutely nothing. It was very disappointing.
