It was a 2 interview process with a supervisor then higher up manager. Both approx. 20-30 minutes about previous work experience. The overall interview was standard for any customer service type position.

Interview
Interview was quick and to the point. The first "interview" was via a phone screen that took less than 30 minutes. My interviewer asked basic questions such as shift availability, interest in the role, education, and work history. The actual interview was more about how I would fit in the company, and if the company had components that I was interested in.
