Interview
First, talking to HR. She clarify everything, include salary. After some time, met general manager. He shared that they are looking for someone with experience to process ESA proposals yourself. To connect engineers and business and proposals alone. I had business experience, but never work with ESA before. However, also felt the distance between us during the discussion . General manager was asking why do I have publications in my past. And why they are in my CV.
First of all, a 3h telephone interview (Human resources and technical).
Finally, a very technical interview at Luxspace, where 5 interviewers make me different subject questions without any relation between them.
