I had 3 rounds. 1st general introduction, 2nd my work experience phone interview,
3rd skype interview .
Out of these three my 3rd interview was bit lengthy and tough I was asked few basic questions, later they gave me two reference websites and asked how can I improve those sites. next half i was interviewed on SEO and SMO strategies.

1) How to you improve existing website?
2) what are the changes you will have to do to improve it?
These two questions are bit tricky because the websites they gave for reference are latest upgraded websites, I have to answer changes to be to that.
