Met with them in person twice and had telephone interview - didn't hear back after three interviews until years later that I didn't get the job and to apply again.

The interview process was fast, however I don't feel that the interview was appropriate as there were no questions about my previous experience working with children, nor was there a great deal of information provided on the duties of the position.
