Interview
The interview process was personal and included basic questions. I truly enjoyed meeting with the manager, other employees, and stakeholders. It gave me good information on the company atmosphere and job expectations. There wasn't as much time to discuss the outlines of the job and benefits as I would like.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lurie in Oct 2021
Interview
Remote position, Remote interviews. Initially, the interview process was great, impressive even. The HR rep I was working with was responsive and kept me in the loop. My second interview went great and was more like a conversation than an interview. Unfortunately, my last interview was with the executive I would be working with, and she came on the Zoom call, and in one sentence said "thank you for showing up today, but you're not the right fit for the position", and then logged off.
